Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to join our growing cybersecurity company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives. This role involves overseeing all aspects of event management, from conceptualizing and planning to logistics coordination and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an events strategy that supports the overall marketing and business objectives of the company.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of external events such as industry conferences, trade shows and executive dinners
- Run workshops, and customer appreciation events with the customer success team including webinars, and customer dinners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, including marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective planning and execution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event quality and reach.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, swag, audio-visual setup, and on-site coordination.
- Track and analyze event performance metrics to measure the success of each event and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry or related tech field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel and adjust work hours as needed for event planning and execution (up to 25%).

Salary Range: $69,000 to $80,000
